Scams
The Commission has been made aware there may be scammers impersonating our staff. Please be alert. If you think you have been contacted by a scammer, please call 1300 489 844 and speak to a Commission staff member who can assist you.
If the NACC contacts you, we will never:
- request you to pay a service charge or fee
- send you a pre-recorded message
- threaten you with deportation, or freezing or forfeiture of assets.
