Operational activity
As at 6 November 2024, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (the Commission):
- is conducting 31 preliminary investigations
- is conducting 29 corruption investigations, including 6 joint investigations
- is overseeing or monitoring 19 investigations by other agencies
- has 5 matters before the court
- has 540 referrals pending assessment.
Over the period from 1 July 2024 to midnight Sunday 3 November 2024, the Commission:
- received 899 referrals
- excluded 710 referrals at triage stage
- obtained 3 court convictions.

Annual Report
On Tuesday 5 November, the National Anti-Corruption Commission’s 2023-24 Annual Report was tabled, under section 46(1) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (PGPA Act). The Commission’s Annual Report covers performance, measurement and reporting for its first year in operation. It also includes the Commission’s financial statements and information on its corporate arrangements.
