Operational activity

As at 19 February 2025, the National Anti-Corruption Commission (the Commission):

• is conducting 34 preliminary investigations 
• is conducting 31 corruption investigations, including 9 joint investigations
• is overseeing or monitoring 14 investigations by other agencies 
• has 5 matters before the court
• has 560 referrals pending assessment.

Over the period from 1 July 2024 to midnight Sunday 16 February 2025, the Commission:

• received 1,475 referrals
• excluded 1,136 referrals at triage stage.
